Carolyn was born on August 9, 1960, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Clyde Brown and Mildred Jackson (Hennesey). She spent her life devoted to her family and her home, embracing her role as a homemaker with love and dedication.

She was united in marriage to Early Nero, Jr.

Carolyn was known for her love of sewing and cooking, and for being a family-oriented woman who remained positive in her faith. She enjoyed praying and cherished time spent fishing with her family, creating memories that will be treasured for years to come.

Carolyn is survived by her husband, Early Nero, Jr., of the home; her children, Shana Rich of Beggs, Oklahoma, Early Nero III of Grayson, Lola Nero of Grayson, and Crystal Nero of Hitchita; her grandchildren, Imani Rich, Ju’Lyssa Rich, and Jermaine Richardson, and her brothers, Darrell Hennesey and Tommie Jackson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her grandson Jeremiah Rich, her sisters Cricket Sadler and Shantae Jackson, and her stepfather, Tommie Jackson, Sr.

Carolyn’s gentle spirit, faith, and devotion to her family will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
